Susan Luetters has 10 years of professional experience in the environmental field.  Her NEPA experience includes all aspects of the NEPA process, including EAs, Phase I ESAs, scoping, and permitting.  She also has experience in project management, Phase I investigations, site investigations, wetlands delineations, environmental compliance assessments, site remediation, and chemical analyses.  Susan served as environmental lead for four State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities airport improvement/airport Master Plan projects and facilitated the NEPA process, which included: project and agency scoping, public and agency meetings, EA preparation, Phase I ESA preparation, and permit application preparation.  Several of the airport master plans included wetlands analysis and one included wetlands delineation.  Susan has also written quarterly and annual reports for the USACE to report groundwater monitoring events associated with the Fort Wainwright Landfill, UST removal reports for the FAA, and a host of publications.
